Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

  1. Connect to network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN port to network switch.
  2. Connect PC: Use second Ethernet port to connect computer if needed.
  3. Connect handset: Plug coiled handset cord into handset jack.
  4. Power the phone: Use PoE or connect AC power adapter if required.

WARNING! Use only approved power adapters. Ensure proper ventilation around the device.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network configuration: Phone will obtain IP address via DHCP automatically.
  2. Server configuration: Enter server address if required by your system administrator.
  3. Extension setup: Enter your extension number and authentication credentials.

  1. Make call: Lift handset or press speakerphone, dial number.
  2. Answer call: Lift handset, press speakerphone, or press ANSWER soft key.
  3. Transfer call: Press TRANSFER, dial target, press TRANSFER again.
  4. Conference call: Press CONFERENCE, dial first party, press CONFERENCE again, dial second party.
  5. Call forward: Menu > Call Features > Call Forward, set destination.
  6. Do not disturb: Press DND key or enable via menu.
  7. Speed dial: Program keys for one-touch dialing.
  8. Message waiting: Visual LED and display indication.
