Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place phone on stable surface near network outlet.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; phone will boot and attempt to register with IP telephony system.

Basic Call Handling

Making, receiving, and managing calls.

  1. Make call: Lift handset or press SPEAKER, dial number.
  2. Answer call: Lift handset, press SPEAKER, or press flashing line key.
  3. End call: Replace handset or press SPEAKER/OFF.
  4. Hold: Press HOLD key during call; resume by pressing same line key.
  5. Mute: Press MUTE during call; LED indicates active mute.
  6. Transfer: During call, press TRANSFER, dial target, press TRANSFER again.
  7. Conference: During call, press CONFERENCE, dial second party, press CONFERENCE to join.

WARNING! Do not use phone during electrical storms. Emergency calls may require analog backup.

Advanced Features

Speed Dial: Program keys for one-touch dialing. Call Forwarding: Redirect calls to another number. Do Not Disturb: Temporarily block incoming calls. Message Waiting: Visual/audible voicemail indication.

Care & Maintenance
